National Business Parks (NBP) is the company formed by Lawrence Zirinsky Associates to operate and manage its assets. NBP's New Jersey office assets are the 540,000 square foot Southgate Corporate Office Center in Morristown, which Zirinsky developed in 1976, and the 12 building 870,000 square foot College Park at Princeton Forrestal Center in Princeton.
Lawrence Zirinsky's son John has served as the President of National Business Parks since 1990. The Zirinsky portfolio now includes more than 1,500,000 square feet of office space, as well as industrial space, distribution facilities, bank branches, an automobile showroom and service center, retail space, 2 buildings leased in the City of New York, and additional development parcels in Jersey City, NJ. NBP maintains day-to-day operations and provides design and construction services to all tenants.
